Not comfortable The room smelled

None working air conditioning unit and bad smell in every room

I see the property has charged me 100$ but they ask it just as a deposit, can your team assist me with getting my 100$ back It makes no sense to book via Expedia and also pay money at upfront

The first room we were assigned had a toilet that did not work. The second room had red stains in the walls that looked unsanitary. When we arrived that night after a day out, there were no parking spots and the person at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do about

Smelled like cigarette smoke.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Filthy facility, worn out. Homeless people in the foyer at midnight. No breakfast (her truck still had not delivered by 8:45 a.m.) When we arrived to get the key (already checked in) they insisted upon a $100 deposit for one night's stay in a $80 room, not listed on the site. I gave it to them and the next morning, since the hotel was in such bad shape, I asked for her to check the room upon departure. She said she had already refunded the deposit. She did not.
