Given occupied room We were given a room that was occupied. We opened the door to find a naked man in it. The front desk gave us a new room. That room had a package in it to replace the sink. I had to kill a roach on the table. The floor felt dirty. It was a really gross experience.

No hot water no trash can in the room dog urine smell in the hallways floors dirty stove dirty

Our room had no hot water. When we went down to try and get our room changed the guy working the desk had to call his manager who then told us that they had no other rooms available. Eventually found out there were other rooms available but they had two beds instead of one and they wanted to upcharge us $40 a night to move to one of those rooms! The sheets and towels were dingy. There were two remotes. 1 didn't work and the other work but had tape on it. There waw only coffee anr granola bars for the Gran & Go breakfast. There was a $100 deposit required yet wasn't listed in the fees on Expedia

Not Impressed: Will Never Stay There again I wasn't allowed to check-in early without paying an extra fee. I wasn't even allowed to use the bathroom 30 minutes before check-in. One night there was a roach crawling on the wall. Not having automatic doors in the front is dumb when people are carrying luggage. The heavey sping doors beat me up all week and bruised me twice.The breakfast wasn't much more than coffee and a muffin. There was no maid service for 4 days. The TV remote didn't work very well. Rooms were quite dirty. Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Their version of breakfast was granola bars and plain instant oatmeal.
