Electrical short in bathroom/light. Sparks and fire just above head. Cinders fell on my head. We moved rooms and maintenance took care of the problem promptly. Trash in the room behind the end table. Bags of potato chips, snack bags, etc. We were very uncomfortable with the electrical fire and uncleanliness. Immediately checked out. The staff was very kind, helpful, professional.

There is no free breakfast, there is a coffee and got chocolate and granola bar selection. They stated there is no maid service. We had to take down our towels to the front desk for fresh ones. And told we would be charged if we wanted turndown service. I had to purchase Clorox wipes to clean our room. There were tons of roaches in the bathroom as well.

Roach city When first get there amd check in my room the room smelled and i seen a roach in the bathroom so i was like ok one lil roach it happens so i left for rest of the evening to return that night to the room and bout 5 more roachs including one on the bed. Everytime i got up or cut the light on i kept seeing one. Room services dont come to your room to clean or change your towels you have bring your used towels up to the front desk to get more.

I liked that it was right off the interstate. However there were a number of roaches found in our room crawling around in the kitchen area on the wall and in the bathroom on the sink area.

Not great Would not recommend. No Ice machine. Uncomfortable beds. Breakfast was not much of anything. The rooms listed Kitchens but had no silverware or dishes, you had to ask for them. When I asked about the ice told me to fill up ice trays..

It was ok, but it could of been better. The staff was not really that friendly and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Never Again The location wasn't bad but the service was 1 star. Breakfast was a waste of them setting up. There were waterbugs crawling across the bathroom floor. The smell of people cooking wasn't great. You also had homeless and misplaced individuals there.
