Room key would not work. Hallway dirty. Could not print my receipt. Charges for WiFi if you want to stream. Very low end. Use only if desperate. Could not park in handicapped spot even though there was car with no handicapped sticker or tag.

my room wasn’t what I was expecting for that amount of money

Initial room was not clean. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Shoes stuck to the floor and food particles in the sink and floor. Bathtub faucet leaking. TV didn’t work. Staff finally able to move us to another room which was much better.

Unfriendly and dirty The rooms were not very clean overall. The sink had black mold in it. The a/c was constantly turning on and off trying to keep up with the temperature. I had to bring my towels down to the front desk to get new ones. Only reason I stayed here is because I needed a hotel and there were not many options due to the Final Four in town. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This place was the worst place I have ever stayed. Very unprofessional and management should shut it down. They messed up credit card transactions and deposits. Plus the rooms are not clean.

Checked into room, killed a roach, found 2 more dead, checked 4 more rooms with staff, saw roaches dead and live in all rooms along with sticky dirty floors and filthy carpets and cabinets. Disgusting place. No choice but to stay. Slept in clothes with every light on and all our belongings tied in 30 gallon trash bags and left at dawn.
