Horrible! If my money would've been refundable and less than $200, I would NOT HAVE stayed here, I would've left! I have no idea how this hotel has a rating of pleasing. I was checked into to a room that HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED! Then room that I was later checked into had no pillow cases on the pillows (were in the dryer) but while walking back to the room I saw house keeping and she had pillow cases. I building smells. Not of smoke but of mildew, sweat, and humidity. The building is old and there is wear and tear everywhere. The bathroom in my room was dirty and so was the fridge. We kept everything in the freezer because the fridge wasn’t cool enough. Plus the door to our room had a crack at the top so there is a slit at the opening around the door panel. It’s just nasty and not worth the price. More like a motel and I was too afraid to get under the covers or use the pillows... let alone take a shower yuck! Never again... read more

1st room was dirty and no sheets on the bed and no pillow case smelled like smoke 2nd room had dirty towels

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is the most disgusting and unfriendly hotel I have ever stayed at. I booked two nights with a friend while passing through New Orleans. Our room had what looked like semen stains on the bed skirt, hair all over the towels and bathroom, and bugs crawling between the towels. It also looked like nobody had dusted or vacuumed in awhile. Beware!! Has Bed Bugs!!! The check in attendant was not personable and disheveled in appearance. Property was not very clean. Worst of the worst - Has Bed Bugs and would definitely not recommend!!! Back was bitten several times, large welps and itching and hurts!!! They don’t show up until a day or so later!! BEWARE!! Check the seams of the mattress and at the bottom of the headboard! AWFUL!!

There was Semen on the bed skirt. There was trash left from previous guest. The air conditioning leaked and left the floor wet.

This property was ok it needs upgrading but it was nice for the price . The rooms was dirty they had to change us out a room 3 times . When we finally got into a clean room the sink in the bathroom was broken everytime u ran water it would flood the floor so we didn’t us it called to get it repair and no one never came our entire stay . Stay Far Away This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot. The staff was amazing but that’s where it ends. I was given a plunger to unclog the tub and there was enough hair in there to make a wig. I had to get a new refrigerator brought up. I asked the housekeeper to exchange my towels and she said “ugh can you do that downstairs?” The room took hours to get cool then only one burner on the stove worked.
