Cleaning lady threw lots of personal stuff in the bin, which i was largely not compensated for, even after 6 months! Hotel however agreed to compensate me for the non food items, but they didn't.

Our room was horrible. In our bathroom we had masking tape on the walls trying to keep the paint from peeling. We had bugs underneath the kitchen sink where the trash can was. We also never had house keeping bring us tissues or toilet paper. Not to mention we didn’t have housekeeping clean our room at all. We had four different lamps in our room, some didn’t work because there weren’t any light bulbs in them and the others didn’t work for whatever reason, but the only light we had to use was from the kitchen and bathroom. I've stayed at extended stay in different places and they were much better than this one. I'm not sure they are staffed properly that someone should always be at the desk. I went to the desk to ask for extra shampoo and a blanket and waited for awhile there was no one in sight I thought the workers just quit and left. Breakfast left many to be desired, coffee should be offered at all times in the lobby. No office with a computer and printer. Check in Staff was horrible! Jasmine hung up on us 3 times after we asked to speak with her Supervisor.
