I’ll never stay there EVER again The hotel stated that they had a backup generator but when we checked in there was none. One of our rooms on the 3rd floor was leaking from the ceiling. I paid to be in comfort at a hotel for a storm and there was none. I had 6 rooms totaling 1,700 that I did not have. I could have stayed at my hpuse The hotel was in need of repairs wayyy before the storm. Window seals and walls cracking.

Hotel nightmares When we arrived Tuesday at the hotel after a 7 hour drive and checked in we found out that they had a plumbing problem and there was no water in the building. We could not even use the toilet. We didn’t find this out until we were in our room. If we had known we could have went somewhere to use the bathroom. It took 3 hours before it was supposed to be fix. Wednesday (the next day) when we returned from the funeral the same thing happened, no water. I have booked a comfortable queen bed. Once I got to the hotel they gave me a two full bed room. Beds were small and very uncomfortable. Lady at the front desk told me “that’s all I have!” And didnt even try to be nice about it. When I booked my room, I didn’t know I would be paying extra for my dog. I would prefer in the future pay for everything at once and not having surprises extra charges Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again

No ice machines. Faulty power strip. High price. Amenities: TV and Wifi only.

I was given 2 different rooms and they both had roaches in them. The guy at the front desk said we were not the first people to make that complaint but still gave us the room. He did however apologize for the issue and assigned me another room. My last night there i had a phone call from the front desk arounf 8 maybe even 9 say we received a noise complaint. DO NOT stay at this hotel. I wished I would have read the reviews before I booked this motel not hotel. This stay was HORRIBLE!! We book room for 4 nights.. The first night there were ROACHES in the bathroom and dinette area.. I complain to front desk and asked to cancel my remaining reservation and was told at front desk that I had to call corporate because they were not allowed to give refunds. Our stay was just one night. But the room is supposed to be non-smoking & it smelled terribly like cigarettes. Also, we didn’t notice our door never closed until we came back from eating out. We attempted to close it from the inside but it just never closed. It was late & we needed to travel back in the early morning, so we just slept a few hours & left.

The room smelled for one and there where Roaches and when I told the lady at the front desk she said I will bring you some spay… I wish o could give this place 0 stars.. I would never stay there again are tell people about it…. For 3 hundred and something dollars they need to do better
