Roach in my room. I found a roach in the bathroom when i enter the bathroom when i wake up the mourning.

Deben mejorar la limpieza, los utensilios de cocina nos lo dieron al día siguiente con residuo de jabón, la habitación olía mal, pedimos cambio y no lo hicieron

Needs corporate here on site! No pillow cases on pillows, not enough pot,pans towels in each room, unprofessional, I was told maids don't have hot water to wash linens, not right chemicals to clean with, I was told by a maid here, can't fax ,can't print, can't keep track of who is staying and who is leaving........DON'T STAY HERE!

Horrible hotel needs to be shutdown ASAP!!! Everything was horrible me or my family will never stay there again

definately cheap the front desk lady wasn't friendly, she spoke like she was reading a script. the room felt humid, there was no circulation, it was cool but felt like it wasn't moving. the sheets were hard. the bathroom had paint chipping. the shower took forever to warm up, it never got hot, just barely warm. the shower was a trickle. I wouldn't stay there again. check out was the same, I had to speak over to a lady sitting in the corner. she never approached me, she just sat there.

Cold water night!!! I was just staying over night. I travel 500 miles to get there for a wedding the next day. I was tied and just wanted a shower to relax. My room had no hot water and front desk was told that immediately and nothing was done. So I had to take a cold bath. At checkout next day I asked for a discount and I was told I had to contact Hotel for that. I was very disappointed. What could be done. Contact me.
