The first room they gave us was not cleaned and the second room had blood on the sheets!

had to shower with cold water for 3 days because they couldn’t fix the hot water. changed rooms three times because the first two rooms where not cleaned properly

The room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke and there were no other better room options. The soap was used from the previous guest as were some of the towels. Overall cleanliness throughout the hotel indicates the cleaning staff is lazy and not managed to customer expectations. Although the stay was tainted by feeling like I rented a garage the front desk staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate our requests.

Nasty Place Unprofessional Staff If I could do minus stars on this Hotel I would. We booked this Hotel for my Daughter, her Husband and their 2 year old daughter. When they got to their room, there were dirty razor blades all in the bathroom along with trash all over the floor in the room and the windows wide open. The First Room They Gave Me Was Very Dirty. The Door I Had To Use My Foot To Open The Door. The Bed & Floor Wasn’t Clean . They Left Food In The Refrigerator & Freezer . It Was Like Someone Was Staying In That Room When I Got There . The Smoke Detector Was Falling Off . The Second Room They Gave Me Was Way Better Than The First Room. That Room Was Clean . It Just Looked Like Someone Had Chip The Paint Off The Wall A Little.

Likes: Parking, Location Dislikes: 1st Room walked into my room and a bug was crawling into the refrigerator. I open the door and indeed it was crawling inside of the refrigerator, I requested a new room. Room #2, this room was given to me and yet it was already assigned to another person. Upon arrival noticed trash outside in bushes and in parking lot. Numerous disposable coffee cups. Went to check in and was told I couldn’t check in early because they were cleaning rooms. I was from out of town and attending a formal event. Needed to shower and do make-up and hair. Didn’t offer any assistance or resolution to this problem.
