I booked the room at 3 pm and wasn’t told until 1am that they had canceled my reservation. I had no where else to go. They had plumbing problems.

I was bery disappointef in my stay here. My room was dirty , my sheets looked as though someone had laid in the bed and threw the cover back over it, the toulet had been used ( there was remains of feces around toilet bowl) .... it was just a bad experience this time.

Bad experience There was dog food on the floor and the water was freezing I couldn’t even take a shower! The weather was in the low 40’s so I had a very unpleasant experience

First of all we called Hotel in advance in th eday ahead and also Extended Stay Customer service to let them know that we will be arriving late check in after 10 pm. Although we notify the front desk @ 504 837 5599, we find out when we arrive around midnight, our room sold to someone else and no room available!!! Front desk Ms Angela kindly ask us to look other hotels around. She said we are not the only one has same situation that day!!! we were stranded with 4 years old and two elderly 81 and 79 years old in-laws

I pre-paid for a double full size bedroom... and was given a Queen. The hotel receptionist (Irene), blamed it on Expedia. I paid more for the double than the single. The receptionist also tried to charge me for the room as well!

There was nothing much to like. The property was pretty dingy from the entrance extending to our room. We found a living roach when we entered our room the first night and the room was not cleaned properly. There was a missing light bulb and no alarm clock. We choose this location because it was close to New Orleans and offered free breakfast. The free breakfast consisted of instant grits, granola bars, pre packaged muffins, coffee, and tea. I would never choose an extended stay again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Property looked good from the outside but rooms were not clean. Hair was in bed, bathrooms were not clean, kitchen area an rooms were dated, water was lukewarm at best. Worst hotel ever!!!
