Terrible hotel. Had to change my room 3 times because of the condition of the bedding. I booked 2 rooms and the second room smelled of urine. Smoke alarms didnt work , were pulled out the wall!!! Safety and health wise I will never book this extended stay again

I had an online reservation. and when they arrived at the place they said they did not have a reservation for me. and I had already made the payment. and they said that all their rooms were occupied.

The property is very old. It smells awful. My room bathroom was dirty. The shower was damaged and sprayed water out of the tub. The building smelled awful. People were very loud throughout the night and no one from the staff dealt with the situation. The other room I booked wasn’t ready when I checked in. The room they gave me wasn’t ready and I had to call to request another (two hours after check in). Then I was reassigned another room taht was at least available. The staff was nice. The property is a nightmare.

Worse customer service Worse customer I ever experienced. They make you feel like you’re not welcome there

.la verdad espero más me quedé decepcionado ya q la calidad de atención fue muy mala. No tenían personal q hable español. Eso me dificulta más la estadia

Poor cleanliness Location is convenient. Room was not clean, toliet seat was not secured. Hair's under the bed sheets. Service was poor. Garbage can read never empty. Garbage was outside our door in the hallway.

Rude staff , bad cleaning condition, unfriendly , bathrooms with malfunctioning plumbing
