Disappointing I forgot my toothbrush and inquired at the front desk for one to purchase and was told they give them free but then the clerk was unable to find one for me and did not have the keys to check storage for one. The room had a strange smell to it. When I tried to check out the next morning, I stood at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes calling hello and no one was around. dummed i booked a queen room my bed was NOT a queen it was a smaller.the place smelled like dog pee. my room bathroom was not clean and had mold in it. was not told at booking they didnt take cash at check in

The staff member Kareem was really friendly and helpful. The room and facilities however were outdated. There was a blood stain on the bed sheets. No pillows or sheets for the pull out bed not toilet paper. There was a spill stain on the cabinet so clearly the kitchen had not been cleaned. It’s unfortunate, I’ve stayed at nice extended stays. This one not so much.

Walls are paper thin, don’t doesn't even seal all the way.You can hear everything. Found things under the beds so makes me think the room are not getting cleaned like they should. Breakfast is not what it says it is all it is a grab and go.

They had no ice or water for the rooms. I was told to half fill the ice cube tray and it would be 2 to 3 hours and the problem with that was the refrigerator did not work. The loby was filthy and had spiders in the corners. It was a old hotel with no maintenance beining done. The bath tub was not white it was dull and looked yellow from age.
