Uncomfortable stay Chose to stay at this hotel because it was cheaper than a hotel that we stayed at in the same area but yet it gave us a refrigerator that we need it for our stay. First we waited at the door to get checked in for about 10 minutes before front desk attendant came to the door. Disappointed traveler When we entered the first assigned hotel room, it smelled like a pet was in the bed. The staff did not deodorize the room. After complaining, we were assigned to another room. The sheets were stained and had human hair left in the sheets. We were assigned to another room (which was the third room), which was okay. The manager did accommodate us for the inconvenience.

Charged my banking account twice I paid for my entire stay through hotels.com. They had me enter my card into the machine for "incidentals"and they charged my card an additional $65.27. When I brought it to staffs attention, I had to wait the following morning for the supervisor to come in. When the supervisor came in she said that my bank account had been credited back but I wouldn't see the money in my account for FIVE days! Five entire days! Old and worn out Bed was horrible, uneven and old. Bath tub was cracks and dirty and rusty. Carpet had stains, cigarette burns on counters.

Unprofessional, Smoke Smelling property!!! BEWARE! I have always had a good experience there at the hotel but recently I recently I’ve received a few text messages from my bank stating there was a few charges being made to my account at 11:12am which were declined being as though I already checked out at 11am. Therefore I called the hotel back and they said I had smoked marijuana in my room and left marijuana paraphernalia on the counter. I think prison might be nicer Frightening, it felt like going into a poor development housing project. Dirty carpet, hallways smelled like cigarettes, noisy inside and out. I had to leave suddenly but if not, i would not have slept a wink. Never again.i

If he worst place we have ever stayed We arrived there after the mid night and there was NO front desk person working. There were 6 other people waiting for the front desk person to check in for 45 Min. We had to wait for another 45 Min for someone to finally show up and check in to our bed room. We were so tired but there was no single chair in the waiting room. I have traveled so many places and I have never seen any hotel in which there was no front desk person checking in to my bedroom. Toothpaste stains on counter, carpet stains near the bed. the bed skirt was stained, dust on TV stand. The toilet wasn’t flushed. The staff on the other hand was excellent, very friendly and accommodating.

Surprising I assumed the Extended Stay Brand would be a good choices for out lengthy visit, but I was mistaken. I arrived at the hotel and checked in with the desk clerk who was nice. He only gave me one key which was a bit odd due to the fact that I had listed 2 guest for the room. But I didn’t give it much thought.
