Cheap room, but it had a terrible smell.....like something was burning. And the air conditioner made loud noises randomly. Good thing we only needed a place to sleep and didn’t need to be there for more than that!

First room they put us in had water all over the floor as soon as you walked in,They did change our room, but didnt have any extra pillows for the pull out sofa bed. The flooring in the bathroom was peeling up, looked like something you would buy at Family Dollar. Needless to say it was nowhere close to $115 a night. Very dissapointed.

most extended stays are nice. this one is old and by far the worst i've ever stayed in. the area is pretty dirty. i would avoid

Think twice about booking here! I booked a "king suite" (king bed with pull out couch) about 10 months ago for the Univ. of Delaware Graduation. When we arrived at 3:00 pm for check-in, we were told that they were fully booked and had to "upgrade" us to a room with two queen beds. That is NOT an upgrade. I waited to speak to a manager who insisted that it is an upgrade. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to take the room because the entire area was booked because of graduation.
