Check in was really took my time about 45 min to just assign me room and front desk person has no smile no manners to offer anything to me such as water, or bathroom I’m never going to stay this motel at all

Ive stayed in Extended Stays in other states and they were great. This one was rather disappointing. It was dingy and it needs much upgrading. The negative reviews are all accurate anout this hotel.

First of let me say I’ve worked in the hotel industry for 15yrs in the New York City market so I completely understand the front and back of the house. With that being said, although all of the staff was very nice I don’t feel they did everything they could have to make it rite. I came to Deleware to visit with family for the holiday weekend, myself, my wife, and our 3 children. When we arrived and checked in we were assigned room 103. Completely dirty Dead bugs Dirty bathroom A bug leg on the bed.. Knats everywhere. Mold everywhere Do not go.

poor service I checked in almost 45 minutes late. I was made aware that housekeeping was still cleaning rooms. I either had to wake an extra 30 minutes for a room with a fridge or it was one available without a fridge😠. I paid online thru third party so I was not able to receive no discount because my room did not have all the amenities. Poor service

Nothing felt like a halfway house, not comfortable or pleasant

It was a dump of a hotel i didnt even get undressed. Found a dead roach. It took an hr to check in at 2am. Was exhausted and then at 930 was woken up by housekeeping asking if i was checking out. I left 10 mins later
