I liked the location of the hotel. It is accessible to shopping and events. I did not like the upkeep of the hotel. My too Was not ready upon a 4:30pm check-in. There was trash left in the garbage cans in the room. There were no dishes, pots, pans, or silverware. The carpet in the halls is so old, luggage couldn’t roll over it.

Arrived to the hotel when a customer and staff were discussing a very personal issue. Then the customer was asked to walk to the side area to discuss her situation to another staff member who then called over a third staff member to share the same personal story. All this going on while I’m trying to check in. They could have brought her into the office to give her her privacy. We went up to our room to find out that our room had an order of smoke. Older property, all common areas have a slight smell. Staff very friendly “Breakfast”= coffee and pre packaged mini muffins Should have spent more and got a cleaner location

TV did not work. There was no one at the front desk to check us in when we arrived late at night.

I spent 30 years in the military and stayed in many hotels and this hotel was the worst in all those years. No beds changed no towels,sprinkler alarms going off every 10 minutes could not sleep, continental breakfast was a joke. Staff unfriendly. Im sorry about this rating but someone has to know.

Disgusting I will be calling to get my money back because I had to go find another hotel and room. As soon as you walk in the hotel it smells like cigarette. Then I got to my room and opened the door and got smacked in the face the smell of garbage, curry and old fried food. IT WAS DISGUSTING! I went to go ask for another room and they didn’t have any so I left to go find another hotel to stay in.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom and I had issues with the WiFi. The bed was NOT comfortable.
