The staff was friendly but do not stay at this property unless it get refurbished. Our room was dirty, stained, and full of cockroaches. We did not stay and went to another hotel.

The stay was nice for temporary shelter while I awaited the move in date to arrive for my apartment. The staff are friendly and willing to assist. The amenities are great for a long stay. The only issue I had was the carpet in the room was in bad condition, I saw a couple of bugs (roaches) in the room and the room was cleaned either quickly, or the clean wasn’t thorough enough. I wouldn’t stay again unless I absolutely have to.

The place didn't really look to clean. The sofa bed mattress was Sting and dirty and had crumbs on it when I pulled it out. There was no extra bed sheets to even put on the sofa bed. The fridge had a few old fries on a very bottom drawer and didn't look clean besides that everything else was fine they just need to do a better job at cleaning. Also look like there might be an infestation of bugs since they had bug traps or cockroach traps on the corners of the rooms

Unclean and cockroaches This was the worst hotel room I've ever seen, and I stay in hotels 20+ nights a year. The room smelled strongly of pet odor, had bits of old food on the floor behind doors, has cockroaches, and there were blood stains on the bedding. It was so unsanitary we left within 20 minutes so my family could stay somewhere that wasn't a health risk, even though we arrived hours after the kids' bedtime.

Don’t recommend Unfortunately we had to leave this hotel because there were multiple bugs in our hotel room. Extended stay customer service was great and very understanding. The room itself was great in concept. I love the kitchen and it’s nice to have a couch. However because of the multiple bugs we found we couldn’t stay. No Breakfast no coffee no room service at all you had to get your own towels you have to get your own toilet paper you have to take your own garbage out or room in the kitchen was nice except for the cockroaches you couldn't leave anything out on the counter at all. No coffee pot no cups no dishes in the kitchen at all you have to bring or rent your own pots and pans or or buy.

I checked out immediately upon arriving in my room, which had a full kitchen, but was completely devoid of any basic supplies -- utensils, cups and glasses, silverware, etc. The stove top was not clean, and the tiny TV facing the dirty sofa, did not live up to the "extended stay" facility I expected. The desk agent was very kind, but reported, that they had no inventory of any appliances such as coffeemakers, toasters, kitchen supplies.
