Quiet, safe, convenient, and easy parking.
While the Staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the prpoerty white clean and tidy, the property is tired, has a tiny bit of an odor, and is not a great value for the money. The room has a kitchenette, but no dishes, flatware, pots - not even a toaster, coffee maker or tea kettle - so what's the point? It is also a longish walk to anything. And only vending machines - so it is much more of a bargain motel than a hotel - without the bargain.

Bad smell in our room like fried tacos. Smell of spilt beer outside back doors.
