They was no room service , they don’t have no cups , don’t even offer water to the guests .... I could go on n on but I’ll overall I don’t want to stay here again

Not Recommended Not a great experience. First of all the bed. It was absolutely horrible. One side of it was a couple inches lower than the other side. Also, when I booked I called the hotel directly about their bed situation. They said they have rooms with two queen beds and rooms with a queen bed and a pull out. They said we should be able to get at least one of our three rooms with two queen beds. When we showed up the person at the front desk said they have no rooms with two queen beds. Somebody was lying. We booked two rooms with king size beds a month in advance. When we checked in yesterday one of the rooms given had a queen size bed. No utensils in the kitchen ...no plates...nothing....very bad experience even after booking a month in advance.
