Only one hanger in the closet. Not even a cup for water. No sheets or blankets for the fold-out couch--had to call the front desk to get linens. Very uncomfortable fold-out couch. Furniture was old and worn. Actual cuts in the faux leather upholstery. Do not recommend. The staff was fine. The "breakfast" was lame. Only grab and go bars, no half & half, just a non-dairy creamer. Amenities were non-existent except for easy Internet access.

Sofa bed pillows will NEVER arrive :( :( Older Caribbean lady with heavy accent and glasses is the worst. When checking me in she used someone else's reservation after telling me I didn't need to access mine, when I asked the amount on card she said it was prepaid I assumed my free night was processed. I found out after spending money I thought I saved the she just poor at her job. Front desk person was rude. If she doesn’t like her job she may want to get another one.

Disgusting Food and bugs in the beds.

It was awful terrible staff terrible area dirty room I will never stay there ever again

The elevator was not working and we would tell the front desk and nothing was done about it. It seemed like they didnt care. We called front desk a couple of time because we had a couple of questions and they were very rude about answering. Probably won’t stay there if I ever go back.

I stayed in a kitchenette, but no dishes...not sure how I was suppose to use anything. Not enough towels and having to exchange them was inconvenient. Breakfast is not really a breakfast, as I felt it was advertised.
