The location was excellent the room was half clean it was a used dirty condom in the nite stand the shower was dirty

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MANAGER INCLUDED We arrived at 3am and requested a late check out and were told we could stay in through room until the maid knocked. 10 am this morning the phone rings And abruptly wakes me from my sleep with the front desk telling me we need to check out by 11, the normal check out time. I explained to the lady what the guy said when we checked in and she said that wasnt true and that we had to be out by 1145 or pay a $10 an hour late fee. It was clean. Poor service. Made us go down stairs to get cups they should've had in the room. Also did not bring up requested items. And did not give enough towels

Never again will I stay here or recommend to anyon There is rarely someone at the front desk to assist. They are often in the back conversing amongst each other or gone all together. I had a man knock on my room door at 8am looking for a prostitute, he had the wrong room. I called the front desk to report it and no one answered.

So old and dirty. Smells bad! Bed and linen looks absolutely disgusting! It’s obvious the sheets don’t get changed out or cleaned because one room had a stain on the bed sheet and one room had no pillowcase on any of the pillows.

My first room the sheets were dirty. The second room didn’t have clean towels and there was animal hair everywhere
