Disappointed I was charged 25.00 to check in an hour and a half early. The room was missing towels and bedding for the let out couch and no dishes etc in the kitchen. If I was to select items at check in the clerk did not advise. Staff was indifferent,ILL-mannered, and unfriendly. I had to leave at 3am for a flight but called the hotel at 7am to checkout; the phone ranged several minutes and I had to call back. Hotel was a little weird in the fact that there was a lot of people coming in and out to didn’t seem to have a key but it look like they were up to something. The front desk was Not available to ask so it was a little uncomfortable seeing all these individuals walking in and out. I would Not recommend to individuals with children for this fact that this individual seem like he was up to something it was very uncomfortable.

Hotel thieves The hotel made cleaned my room and stole my panties, my medication for my terminal illness and my food. The hotel made no attempt to settle my claim, the hotel confused me for another resident of color and smoky did not Care how they impacted my life. I will never ever stay there again.

Unsafe I did not feel comfortable there . When I first got there in the parking lot I seen some people hangout like if they were stealing about hour later I went to my car and I seen the same guys walking around I’m parking lot around cars , so I went to my room packed and left it was so ugly to drive with the heavy rain so I pulled over slept in my car . So I basically spent my last dollars on a hotel and did not use it

The reason why I got this hotel was it looked like it Has a home environment with the kitchen. When I got to my room, there was no cups, no plates , no pots and pan to cook in. I was very disappointed. The location was out in the boonies. Very dark, it was scary for me.

No key no remote On arrival my key card did not work and they couldn’t fix it so I had to be escorted to my room every time I wanted to get in and I told him I would be coming back late that evening with someone be there and they said yes upon my return there is no one there at 12:30 at night and A family and I stayed out front in the cold for 20 minutes until someone finally walked by and let us A family and I stood out front for 20 minutes until someone finally walked by and let us in. Very sad that it ruined her last day on vacation. When we checked in to the lady was nice and when we requested to have extra pillows she said that they did not have any because they were sold out. When we got to the room and we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress what's nothing but coils. My son and my husband were unable to sleep the whole night and woke up with back aches. No shuttle, no glasses. This hotel, even though listed as a "airport hotel", does not have shuttle service to the Oakland airport. There is absolutely nothing in the kitchenette. A sign on the counter says you may contact the front desk, and they will put together and deliver a "package" to you. Very inconvenient for a one night stay. I think there should always be at least water glasses in the room at all times.

Not Great Emilio at front desk was great, but some of the other staff members were not. Elevator was not operating. Had to change rooms; cold air blowing from unit in Dec. Breakfast was no more than nutrition bars. Coffee and tea available, but not good. Hotel appearance and furnishings were uninviting; extremely outdated. Will probably not stay at an Extended Stay again.
