The hotel is a clean budget level hotel. What makes it a great stay is the hotel staff. Victoria is welcoming and helpful. She made my stay a 5.

Not a good choice of stay Our heater sounded like a Car motor. Our shower whistled. People were loud in the hallway and there was a foul smell on 1st floor.

Ok Stay 1) There was a line of folks in the lobby who needed their keys rekeyed because it did not work. 2) My 2 bedroom windows were open and stuck. I could not close them. Thank goodness 3rd fl but I was nervous about them being open. I did not get a deep sleep
