Rooms not clean waste water backing up in sink if water running. Had to get a different room upon arrival as 1st room was totally unacceptable. 2nd room as a little better but had sink problem and ended up with little bites after sleeping in room.

As soon as I walked into the lobby I could smell all of the cigarette smoke. It was a terrible. We had to ask for a room that didn’t stink of smoke so bad. The extended stay America up the road on northwest expressway is much better

HORRIBLE HEARTLESS PEOPLE DO NOT USE THE ONLINE SERVICE OR THIS HOTEL CHAIN. I BOOKED A ROOM ONLINE. ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL AND THE WEBSITE DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL. THIS HOTEL THREATENED ME NOT TO CALL THE COOPERATE OFFICE AND REFUSED TO ASSIST ME TEYING TO GET A REFUND. EXTREMELY RUDE. MICHAEL CONTINUED TO HANG UP ON ME AND REFUSED TO PUT MANAGEMENT ON THE PHONE. THEY TOOK MY LAST DIME, AND ONLY WANTED TO.PLAY THE BLAME GAME!!! NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION!

Very disappointed My stay started off bad. I went online and made my reservations. Had to wait about 10 minutes in the front door waiting for the desk clerk. The doors were locked at around 730 or 8 PM. I had even called the online service to see if they can contact someone to let me in. It took them a long time before the Desk clerk came from out side walking a dog. Was not very happy. If it was not for me already paid online, I would had left.

We apologize if your stay were not up to the standards of your travel needs. Our hotel does house pets and proudly, and once in awhile our guest do make a request to have their pets walked. We try to do so as promptly as possible and our desk agents do carry a cordless long range phone. We have reviewed your circumstance and apologize for the wait.

The man that took care of me at check-in was amazingly helpful and professional. Unfortunately the description of the property is inaccurate. They do not have cookware in the rooms, they were out of coffee makers for the rooms, towels are changed out weekly unless you bring the used towels down yourself to exchange for clean towels. I was unhappy with the customer service I received as my stay continued. The office manager was not a pleasant person to deal with.
