Didn’t stay! We didn’t actually end up staying, after checking in and heading to our room it was quickly apparent that the rooms was dirty, smelled terrible (like cigarettes and air fresheners) and there were no dishes in the room. We inquired at the front desk as to why there were no dishes since the room had a kitchenette and were told that they do not have enough for every room and since no one had returned the ones they were using to the front desk where you check them out they didn’t have any available. Need better cleaning services The room they checked us was filthy the toilet was nasty the shower was dirty. It had been smoked and it clearly states no smoking but it was ashes and dog hair the refrigerator was dirty it smelled like urine it was horrible. The floor was completely dirty the hallway was trashed as well as the elevator.

Don’t stay here only if it’s the last resort The sings were clogged both kitchen and bathroom. No shower curtain in the bathroom baby roaches all in the bathroom and in the room. Just nasty. These rooms need to be cleaned better. We pay to stay for this and shouldn’t have to do so. Hotels should be held accountable for the nastiness
