There was a homeless man sleeping on the hallways floor. Guys looking in cars in the parking lot. Ended up leaving and staying elsewhere

avoid Front desk was nice, but overall smell was disgusting, run down, very urban ghetto feel. The door getting in to my room i had to push open, then no phone to call front desk, no coffee pot, the burners on the stove were broken or didn't work.....I felt very unsafe, and would never go back. I only stayed one night, still waiting on my refund for my original weeks stay......

The manager at your 2720 location is horrible.. she's rude her customer service is rude she's not approachable she argues with you and she makes she made me feel like s***.. she kept repeating s*** over and over like I was a kid it was the worst experience ever because of her.. short hair African American lady 67 years old badass attitude

Room smelled terrible. The bed sheets had hair in it and dirt. The windows did not lock and the screens were gone.

always had good luck with extended stay, (not this time) this property was probably nice 30 years ago. should be closed down. the only positive, target next door, and close to everything.
