Got there and they did not have but one room; had reserved two rooms. One was not going to work. Went somewhere else for the night.

The poor surrounding of area ground trash staff wasn't customer comfortably feel they act as if people that check in are Interrupting them and what they have going on it took a long time for the clerk to check me in and she's the general manager she was operating something with her phone and then finally came to attend to me and then the unit had the unit had several crayon scratch marks on scratch marks the betting is real thin and then we found bed bugs in the bedding they were weren't too I wanna say customer I'm apologie... read more

Blood on the carpet, no comforter, no soap for hand washing, smelt like cigarettes and was extremely loud all evening. 10/10 do NOT recommend

Worst Extended Stay The mattress and the shower curtain had stains on them. Bathroom tub is dirty. They only do room service upon request. Every day we have to take our sheets and towels downstairs so that we can get a new one.
