Roach hotel The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even the wifi didn’t work right. Before I booked i read the reviews, but thought no prob, just bad service. No: - Hair on the sides of shower - I saw roaches in my room from the first day. - Trash under bed - No kitchen utensils even though “Dining and cooking utensils provided” BS. They make you ask for EVERYTHING you need. One utensil at a time. Stupid.

They Over -booked . Didn't stay here .

Area did not seem safe/secure with a lot of homeless people outside as well as residents seem to be welfare or shelter hanging out in the main area lobby entrance. Room has such a strong air freshener odor we had to open both windows and put the wall unit on heat w/high fan to tolerate the smell

Lots of displaced people using hotel as home Dirty no amenities. To go breakfast a dried out muffin. Hard to get into if you do not know the area

If you want self service then this is the place for you. We were required to Go to the front desk to get necessities such as Klenex And toilet paper, soap etc. if not for you to receive “room service” it was either 5 or 10 dollars a day. They say they have coffee pots and kitchen packages for you to use, and even though we asked every day we never received any. This was the worst extended stay motel I have ever stayed at. Room was very spacious, had a kitchenette, however it was empty, like moving into a new place. I had to leave at 4 am before they put out coffee, I asked for a coffee maker, never got one. The walls are very thin. I could hear the people all around me and those in the lobby like they were in my room. It was an ok place, but I would not stay there again.

Not recommended we were placed in a room that the Tv did not work.They moved us to a different room that smelled horrible and the toilet had poop on it which i had to clean myself! we were there for a total of 3 nights and they never cleaned the room nor offered to bring clean linen. I would not recommend!

Room that was requested was not available. We paid for king and was given queen. When looked at room, water was puddled all over the counter. Requested refund and received. Stayed somewhere else that was much nicer. Not a family friendly location.
