The hotel said our room has been canceled and no rooms for us today. But, we don’t cancel it . The hotel said someone canceled it for us this morning. They don’t know who. We have to call Expedia. The Expedia agent said she will talk to the hotel. After couple minutes hold in the phone, she came back and said the hotel already agree to give us a new room. Elevator Out during my stay - not cool I was all checked in and the charge made when the front desk person announced the elevator is out and we have no rooms on the 1st floor - your room is on the 3rd floor. She should have led with the info about the elevator being out, with no rooms on the 1st floor before any transaction was made. I have had some injuries which make navigating stairs challenging and a little dangerous for me. The property on its own is a standard, low-end motel. However, this location appears to be a relocation property for homeless or perhaps down-and-out veterans. The hotel does not allow smoking inside, however, they allow people to gather outside the various entrance/exits of the property and smoke at all hours. When we arrived, we thought they were allowing homeless to hang out at the front entrance, which was locked. We felt unsafe! The property is old and and guess smoke all around the buildings.

They sold my room when I prepaid and when I got there, there was no resolution. By the end of the day, I was stranded in the city for over five hours. There was no place for someone who's out of town to sit or collect themselves for alternative options that no one cared to assist. Just a, "Sorry. We sold your room. Bye."

Way overdue for remodeling. Paint worn off the front door. Dirty Carpet. Bathroom seemed clean and fresh but for this price the bedroom was mediocre otherwise. $75/night would be a fair price. Close the laundry room door right behind check in. Seeing all the laundry bins, vacuums, cleaning carts does not add taste.

Noisy room due to refrig noise, heater.fan, and some other fan noise. Very limited."breakfast"

Stay here if you love barking dogs. I reserved paid a month in advance for a room with 2 beds for my 91 year old mother and myself. When I checked in they did not have 2 beds only one. I was told they would get a roll away for me if one was available. They did not have one available. The hotel was very out of date and run down. During the stay day and night many dogs were barking. The continental breakfast was one type of mini muffin coffee and tea and packaged oatmeal. No fruit. The coffee pot hair dryer toaster dishes cups... read more

Property has an extremely loud ventilation system which cannot be turned off and is very annoying.
