Scary and dirty hotel! This hotel houses transients. At the entrance 2 women were beating each other up and I told the front desk who proclaimed ' they do that all the time' Hallways full of litter, carpets stained, odor in room and the worst part was a skinny 5 inch mattress on a wire frame with no box spring. This hotel is not safe!

The room reeked of cat urine so much that we had to go buy deodorizer and a candle. You can tell that it was cleaned and the floors looked new, but it still smelled. The refrigerator never worked. The staff was very nice, but the room was difficult to be in, and the refrigerator negated staying in a room with a kitchen.

Except for the location this was a let down. It's supposed to be a non smoking hotel but you will see hotel guests smoking in front and back door. You can smell the smoke in the lobby, corridor and elevator so much so you can't catch a breath. Elevator floor was very dirty as well. Room had a kitchen but no utensils. Overall a great disappointment for the price we paid ($151) for 1 night stay.

My first room had a tub full of used bath water. After they changed my room I encountered hairs and dirt in the second tub. There is only one person for the whole property. I'd like a discount since i was unable to use the shower. None of the exterior doors work except the main lobby door. It would be great if i can get at least a discount for my inconvenience.

No coffee pot, silverware, plates,bowls etc. When they advertise fully equipted kitchen.

Expedia never sent the booking to the hotel, the hotel said if you’re not on the computer you don’t have a booking. I had to stay somewhere else now I’m out $400, Expedia took $220 from my bank account, they say I didn’t check in ; I couldn’t check in. Overall I have nothing good to say about customer service the lady at the counter was on the phone with her daughter the whole time and it’s impossible to contact a English speaking Expedia employee let alone a human it’s all AI
