Lost reservation, then double billed. Showed up to the hotel and they had no record of my reservation. Clearly showed the front desk the documentation that I did. They said that they couldn’t find it in their system. Proceeded to give me a room at a higher rate then bill me for BOTH stays. Front desk made very little effort to sort it out and blamed Hotels.com

The accommodations are out of date with basically no amenities. No ice machines, no coffee/tea in the rooms. Update this ancient site!!

Never experienced so much dog waste EVERYWHERE! Grounds look abandoned and smokers at all entrances at all times giving no space to those trying to enter.

Property is older and has a very dirty smell through out the place. It looks like this is a long term place for homeless transitioning or something going on. Weird people and junk cars in the parking lot, not sure what or why they do not disclose this to paying guest if it is going on, or it's just the location lots of homeless.?? Not sure.
