Homeless sleeping at night at side entrance There was drug paraphernalia found outside by side doors and there was a lot of homeless people around parking lot of the hotel and Jack in the Box next door.

No luggage cart or ice machine. Low water pressure. Breakfast was a joke. Overall, barely adequate.

I have a video of my room I would like to send but so far I don't see a way to do it. the carpet in my room was filthy with dog hair I picked up most of so I wouldn't track into my bed. It was also very old stained and was full of cigarette burns and staines. The lever in the bathtub was so lose it would fall into the hot if I wasn't holding it when I was taking a shower. The staff was so mean and rude. First room smelled of cat pee. We moved to another room that smelled like mold. There was pubic hair on the toilet. Everything was old. When asking for towels i put that and trash can in the hall as worker was passing. She said you have to bring dirty towels to front for more. And the trash room is there!....had to throw out my own trash.

Carpet stains, chips in tub. Grab and go breakfast was coffee and a cereal bar.

The surrounding area was questionable, I did not see cameras in the parking lot, we could hear everything in neighboring rooms, upstairs and the parking lot. To top it, the room was filthy and there were no covers on the outlet to plug phones in while sleeping.

Room smelt moldy. Leaves and dirt somehow got on the bed. Property majorly needs a refresh. Wouldn't stay there again, especially for the price.

Computer went down (which happens) but they had no idea how to handle it. 10 people waited two hours past midnight to get checked in.
