Smelled VERY bad throughout the entire hotel and the drain in the bathroom didn't work.

Absolutely nothing was appealing about this property. The staff on shift that evening was extremely rude, hung up the phone multiple times when trying to call and ask why my son couldn’t check in even though the site clearly stated that check in age was 18, even when we called the night before to make sure he could stay, they stated 19 was the legal age. They could do better The hotel was not that clean our tv did not work the whole time we stayed. No maid service at all but, the people were nice

Floor soaking wet, the equivalent of a slip and slide. Fold out couch busted and broken, not to leave out the 20 or so stains on the mattress. You had to literally do a beat down on the couch to get it to fold back up. T.v was bolted to the t.v stand. Coffee table had white stains on it as well, not sure if it was left lines of coke, or dried up yeast infection from a lap dance gone wrong. Roaches in the freezer having winter Olympics tryouts. Weird Experience When I got there no one was at the front desk. I called to reach someone and she said "you should have just shouted Hello". The hallways smelled like stale cigarettes. The buttons in the elevator were brown like they were never cleaned. I found 2 bags of needles in my room.

Our room smelled of smoke and pet urine. When we arrived the coffee table and end tables had food and drink crumbs and stains and the carpet was terribly stained. Extended Stay brand should be ashamed to have this hotel bearing it's name.

The staff was very helpful within the constraints they had BUT. The room was filthy, smelled like tobacco, there was pet hair on and in the hideaway. A layer of dust every where, the refrigerator was not set properly and so did not sit square on its feet. We were told that the property was sold out so a different room could not be offered. We will never stay there again.
