I have been using my GreenDot Debit Card for at least 10 years at hotels all over the country including Expedia sites. You can imagine my chagrin when I went to check in at the Extended Stay America and was told that the manager's policy does not allow me to use my card. No where in the information provided to me was there an exclusion regarding prepaid cards. Which I use to limit my exposure to identity fraud of which I am a victim of. Room was dirty, broken window and no housekeeping came for 4 days. I am really disappointed

My room smelt like pee. I think somebody previous to me peed on the carpet and it was not cleaned.

Staff at the early bird is horrible!!!! He was not able to help with certain things, he was getting very frustrated and started saying how he had a lot of things to do and that he was sick pf this.

The property was not as clean and presentable as other locations. I was very surprised that this location was not up to part, especially being by Disneyland. The pool was dirty. The towels in the room were dirty, forcing me to go purchase my own. Another resident approached us in the lobby to show us bed bugs from her room. I will never stay here again, or recommend anyone to stay!!!!

Waste of money.. trash everywhere This place was horrible trash everywhere.. they don’t offer your hotel to be cleaned only if you stay more then a week so trash and towels pile up.. people were putting there garbage out side so garbage was over flowing and all over parking lot.. there free breakfast was a joke, instant oatmeal and a pastry really?
