This is a small representative of the ESA brand: the do-it-yourself, home-away-from-home. Problem is, they never had the simple amenities that you needed for this. I have stayed here a few times and they never had any dishes or kitchen utensils to use. Also there was no security or a front desk attendant after hours.

Don't stay here! Bathroom was completely dirty! There were stains inside the toilet. The shower was dirty, never staying here again!

This was the most run down and dirty hotel I have ever stayed. Carpet was stained. Bed was stained. Bathtub needed repair. I was hoping to stay here again in the future since we have friends near by but I will not be booking that hotel again.

The bathtub was full of water when I walked in. The room smelt like cigarettes, but it was a non-smoking room. The linens were extremely thin. The pillows were thin and not comfortable

Needs better customer service First of all my reservation was given to another person and I wasn’t made aware of that. I had no other choice but to book somewhere else mind you it was already late at night and I was not the only person they did this too

I didn't like the mold in bathroom, I was not please about going to office to get morning coffee, there wasn't extra blankets and it got cold. No bars in shower for handicap, no two beds in room downstairs for easier access for seniors. No cups in bathroom for drinking water. Outside stairs and walkways were terribly dirty. We rented a motel room in Fallbrook the next two nights that were half the price and really clean and nice. I would never stay at this motel again.
