No towels in the room when I arrived, bedspread and shower curtain were stained. No amenities at all, not even coffee in the room or even a cup to drink water from. Would not stay again.

They did not honor my reservation and turned us away, but gave a drunk heckler with no reservation a room right in front of us. This place is a joke. They even tried to pawn us off on their “sister hotel” that was also booked up.

I arrived at 3:05 p.m., just after check-in time. The front desk told me the room was not ready, but that it would be ready in 45 minutes. I left, then came back at about 5:00. Still no room. Apparently they were short-staffed, with only two housekeepers to clean the entire hotel. The front desk told me it would be another 45 minutes before my room was ready, and he said he’d call me when it was ready. I went for dinner and returned about 45 minutes later. Still no room. Lame property, never again… Arrived to check in at 4:30 and was told our room wasn’t ready. Gave our phone # and was told they would call me in 45 min to one hour. No phone call after 2 hours so we walked over to the concert venue. After the concert came back to check in (still no call received) at 10:30 and was told they had no rooms available, so they sent us 13 minutes away to an Extended Stay in Lake Forest. Lame!

Hard time to be in the hotel industry I know it is hard to find maids with the extended unemployment benefits so Ill cut them a little slack but we arrived to check in at 3:00PM and our room was not ready tel 11:30 that night. There were no blankets on the beds but we were just happy to get a room when many others did not.

Horrible! Do NOT stay here! We booked this room for our sons baseball tournament. Needless to say the pictures are NOT what you receive. Our room had grease stains on the fridge, white spots on the bed skirt, bugs on the bed and pillow, a burnt outlet plug and so much more. We immediately checked out and demanded a refund. The bathroom smelled like mold and had white cocking all over the tub. It was so disgusting and thankfully we were able to get another hotel at 11:00 pm at night!

First room was not ready at check in...second the reason for stay was a trip to 5 point amphitheater which website claims was 18 minute walk....its over miles driving,probably closer to 10 miles

The Hotel Switch-a-roo Arrived at the hotel for check-in... and then was told that our booking had been switched over to another hotel because of overbooking. There was no email or phone call to me regarding this switch. The new hotel was in Lake Forest (6 miles away) and no longer walking distance from the venue we planned to walk to that day. Overall it was an okay stay but I did not like the fact that nobody contacted me about the switch.
