The staff let me check in early, which was nice. But the room itself was not great. The shower was moldy and the bathroom ceiling looked like it was bubbling from moisture. The carpet looked like it was 20 years old. The popcorn ceiling looked like it was from the 80s. The bathroom door looked like it had been patched up where someone had clearly kicked through it. There were no trash cans in the room or bathroom, so I just stacked my trash on the kitchen counter. Just gross overall.

Disgusting/pathetic Filthy in an out. Crumbs in sofa bed, No linens in sofa bed which was very small and uncomfortable. They would not bring linens. Breakfast a joke - don’t be fooled A broken down cart in the lobby. All they had was granola bars! Smelled like smoke. Outside was disgusting

Staff not friendly. Check in experience was not pleasant. At breakfast, coffee was insufficient; people were still coming but staff said she will not make anymore

It was terrible experience. We could not check in because nobody was at loby. But they took my money. And they did not pay refund!!

Worst hotel in Orange County Ver unprofessional staff. After wasting 1 hr of my time saying they don’t have a room . I had to contact Hotels.com to request a refund. Staff not helping at all . Treath me to call police if I don’t leave while i was on phone with representative
