We arrived to a homeless looking man in the lobby. Room smelled odd, there was a dead cockroach in the shower and pubic hair in the bed. People were very load around the property and it didn’t get quiet until after midnight. I was definitely not comfortable being there, especially with my family and I do not recommend.
No one changes the trush for 3 days, no room cleaning at all

Call extended stay hotel means people live there f I should’ve known when it said extended-stay. Obviously there’s people that are almost living in the hotel. First room we walked into had a horrible smell needing to use the restroom in a hurry I didn’t take time to see how clean it was until it was too late. Unsatisfied After check in room smelled like cigarette smoke. Went to the front desk and they changed our room. Room itself was not very clean. Floors needed to be mopped. Little bugs found crawling on the wall. Outside walkway and stairs were not clean, in-fact disgusting. The representative upon checking in was very polite. But our room #230 was just gross. Walked into our room and it just looked dirty. The tub had a ring around it the outside of the tub still had large dirt smudges. The bathroom counter had a soap bar stain. The pull out bed had sooo many stains of yellow/brown even on the side. 10 point cleaning process posted on restroom mirror didn’t apply. Unchanged bedsheets, from previous quest. Hand prints on barroom mirror and flat surfaces weren’t wiped down either. The only thing that was clean were the towels
