Gave room away They gave our room away. Had to go somewhere that was 3x the price. We confirmed more than 3 weeks ago b/c we knew it was holiday & save money by getting a room sooner

For the money the suite was inferior to any I have experienced. There was no coffee pot, not kitchen towels except a dish rag, no cups. Essentially it was not worth the cost. We had to leave early in the morning and there was no one to check us out. Very disappointing.

First night, AC was barely cooling the room. On the second night, i woke up to a sauna so I went down to lobby, but discovered it was only open 7am-11pm. I returned to my hot room and called to ask for new room at 3 am! Front desk was able to accommodate. As part of manager checking room for cleanliness, he should also check the ac operation.

The property was so sketch, no coffee in the rooms and the room hadn’t been cleaned. We had to immediately leave.

I was there to attend a concert at Five Points Amphitheater. I could walk to the amphitheater, which meant I did not have to join the long queue to get in and out of the parking lots or to get an Uber. The area felt safe and the walk took only 10 minutes.

NO Room was not clean at all….. sheets had bugs in them slept in my car since it was too late to rebook
