Not a good choice Where do I start when I walked to my room there was dirty linen and trash outside the rooms not picked up Inside room sink dirty, bathroom dirty, leaky faucet in the sink. Opened cabinets to find trash can and every shelf was dirty and dusty. In the fridge there was yogurt and milk left in it and not thrown away. The bed was made nice though and comfortable but that was all… Would not recommend to anyone .. even for the price we paid.

This room/hotel is horrible. The room is dirty. Shelves are broken. Room smell like weed! This place is horrible!

This is one of the worst property I've ever been at. The room was so dirty, the toilet still had poop stains, the tub had critters crawling, room stinks of smoke and we were placed in a room which is right by the smoking area outside and I couldn't breathe the whole night due to smoke smell.

They didn’t honor my reservation. On my way to the hotel I received a message detailing that since I used a third party that the hotel was over booked and my reservation was canceled. Even though I received a confirmation number my reservation was canceled. I will never use you service again. I will also tell everyone I know not to use your service either. I was left high and dry with no place to stay.

Thanks for ruining my weekend !!! Reserved my room two months ahead , at 11:30 am I got an email starting they won’t honer my reservation. Had to sit on the phone for 2 hrs 45 mins with the relocation team . Main reason I got the room was to go go a concert at the 5 point Amphitheater. Ended up getting a room some where else but was 2 1/2 hrs late to the show . I should be reimbursed for the concert i went to and only saw the last band half way through their set . Total garbage .

I can’t believe you’re asking me about our experience, we arrived to find out they over booked, could not find a room for us. After having this reservation for two months & prepaid it was irritating to say the least . Needless to say will not be using your site for future bookings nor this hotel.
