There was nothing to see due to over booking, I was never checked into a room even though I had a confirmation number

Nice to be close to Spectrum. Had to wait through check in process to hear others complain to desk about no water, no air co, etc in room.

the stay was a disaster. no towels when we got in, no blow dryer, no trash can, the sink was clogged. it had a bad smell when we first got in as well. the shower was dirty and had hair everywhere in there. i really want a refund for this disaster of a stay.

The location is very convenient however, the bathroom and kitchen area are very dirty. Bathtub are full of mold, water faucet hot water are right side left. Refrigerator is rusted and noisy. I hope they can improve the cleanness on the bathroom and kitchen area in the future.

Reimbursement needed immediately! I need a call back for a refund. I booked a room at the Extended Stay America on Technology in Irvine. There was no room available when I got there. You said there was one left. There was not.

Never again! We were checked in 2 and 1/2 hours late due to staffing issues. Arrived at 3 pm no room available until 5:30 pm we were in town for a concert and missed the opening band. The room was filthy, fece marks in the toilet, mold in the shower, hair on and in the bathroom sink and toilet, dirty floors, trash in the garbage can from previous guest, no towels, had to request them twice, finally went up front to get them.
