Reservation at this location was cancelled the day of. Email sent at 1pm saying had been moved to another hotel 10 miles away because hotel was overbooked. Unacceptable.

It looks a lot nicer in pictures . Place is dirty . Shower had mold . The reason I picked the hotel was it had a 3 o’clock check in time . They had no rooms clean until after 4 . Why have a 11am check out and a 3 o’clock check in if rooms are still not clean .

The room was extremely dirty, as if they did not even change the linens on the bed. Towels had stains on them the walls and floor of the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned in who knows how long. We did not eve

Not worth the price The check in process was easy but the front desk attendant seemed annoyed when i asked where the room was and he wasnt very helpful or clear with the directions. We finally found the room and discovered there were quite a few ling term residents that were obviously not taking care of their rooms or caring about the people around them. Just don’t do it Just yuk! I booked the Courtyard by Marriott after I saw the room. Old and didn’t feel very safe

Gross! Nasty, dirty...mold in the shower. Manager said someone would be sent when reported..no one came to look or clean. Nasty outside area.
