Great service, terrible location due to transients The staff was friendly and helpful, but just a bad area. A lot of transients, crime, loitering etc. My non-smoking room was smoky. Guests leave trash outside. Music blaring from next door in the middle of the night. Cops came in the morning to question people. Possible drug issues. Not a good area.

First of all I really like the area. The hotel not so much. The room smelled like cigarettes, even after I spayed air freshener. They didn’t provide shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room terrible condition The hotel room was rundown. It felt dirty & uncomfortable. Need to redo the room. Bathroom look so beat. Water kept dripping all night front the shower faucet. Couldn’t rest at all.

It was a good location and reasonable price but will not go back. AC and fridge were old and very loud it was hard to sleep through the noise. Stained towels were not great either. Not impressed.

Bad experience. They sent me to another location because they were overbooked. I got a room in that hotel because I was working in that city. I ended up driving more. When I checked in at the new location , they wanted to charge me again, since they didn’t have any record of me paying Waste of time. Not a good experience.
