The location is great, however we encounter noisy neighbors that looked that they live there permanently and also suspicious activities happening at night. We did not feel safe. The room was cleaned, loved the shower, kitchen was great. We encountered bedbugs that made the whole experience unpleasant. We would not book with this hotel again.

They didnt have a lower room or elevator for my disabled mom had to walk upstairs which caused alot pain for my mom.. The beds were very uncomfortable.

NOT HAPPY REALLY UPSET The room was not clean the way it’s supposed to be. The sheets had stains on it .... The microwave was nasty dirty .... The refrigerator wasn’t clean .... Their was gum on the headboard. The towels in the bathroom was stain up didn’t allow myself are my children’s to use them .... The heater acts like it’s about to blow up

We canceled our reservation after going into the room and finding it dirty and just the overall atmosphere of the place. There were several people standing around the buildings smoking and doing drugs. The room was very rundown and needs lots of repair and maintenance.

Worse place to stay. I asked for ice and the girl said they don’t have ice. I said you should tell the owner to get ice machine. Then she wouldn’t give me my room. The front desk had mental issues or something.

Not happy at all. Very disappointed in this booking. I don’t know if it is the hotels fault or hotels.com but it let me book when there was nothing available. I drove all the way there to be turned away with no other options. Hotels.com and the hotel did not contact me and I still have not been refunded! Very upset and horrible experience.

Security concern and not comfortable No Ice machine. Shower was very low pressure. Air conditioning was so noisy. Door lock was broken. Few people were so annoying talking for an hour outside very close to our room around 4AM.
