It reeked of cigarette to the point where we almost left. There was not a single trash can in the room either, and the walls were like cracked and there were holes. Also, the walls are VERY thin.

Reserved a Queen sized bed but got 2 twins. The reservation said free breakfast was was told the next morning that due to COVID, they didn’t offer it. Last I checked, Orange County is open. Overall, the experience sucked. I will stay clear from Extended Stay America.

Their service was not welcoming and didn’t help us at all. The outlets were loose at the room we stayed and they attempted to double charge us, I wouldn’t recommend anyone this hotel

Don’t bother using the WiFi there because you won’t get signal. Unless you premium WiFi which isn’t worth it because it’s not any better. Oh the phones room doesn’t not ring the front desk it directs you to somewhere else. Don’t bother with the breakfast because it’s just muffins, coffee, oatmeal and they don’t keep them stocked. In the lobby. They have poor customer service because they aren’t skilled enough for the position. And the staff on hand without manger presence isn’t that knowledgeable or helpful in my experience.... read more

My review I paid 114 for each night i stayed in that hotel. The carpets are stained. The appliaces old, the room should not cost more than 50 dollars. The first roon they gave me the frig was not working niether the remote control. I had to request a room change. The hotel needs complete renovation if they are to keep charging people that much to stay there. Im sorry i reserved this hotel, i dont tecomend it to anyone. Try another place.
