It smelled like cigarettes whenni left my clothes smelled of smoke the first room they fave us we walked in snd the stove was on

DISSAPOINTED My check in was rather concerning! They seemed confused at what to do! They should of had gloves since they were holding my credit card and handing me a pen! I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN DIRECTIONS ON WHERE MY ROOM WAS LOCATED! It was VERY noisy on my floor ! The bath was peeling , the sheets and pillows did not seem clean

Poor condition Room was in poor condition. No fire alarm first off. Sheets & towels had stains on them.

Room above us was loud all night making it hard to sleep. Attendant that checked me in assigned me to a different room in the system, so people were trying to get in our room while we were sleeping. Then the attendant after came barging in our room while we were sleeping and scared the living S**$ out of me. Not a good place to stay We were mandatory evacuated from the 10-26-20 Silverado brush fire. We stayed there because it’s close to work. The door did not lock when it’s closed. Toilet clogged. No drinking water. No toiletries. Asking for a hair dryer but there is none. For the amount we paid per night, it’s a baaaad place to stay.
