Graffiti all over Lots of graffiti and outside was very dirty

I didn’t like anything about the property. I have never seen a worst hotel. Had to change rooms 3 times.

I disliked that the room we were placed in. It was really dirty ! Bed sheets were stained and had to be removed luckily i carry my own blankets. The towels were also really dirty and again thankfully I carry my own. The towels were all over the floor in restroom.

Terrible. We arrived Christmas Day and check in was great, girls at the desk were frustrated with their computer/tab systems but were very nice to guests. The room I booked for the parents looked alright just very outdated and old. More of our issue was that it was on the other side of the property near housekeeping. My parents told me they heard constant banging starting first thing in the morning from the house keeping staff coming and going with no ability to go back to sleep and very low water pressure for their showers.... read more

The room only had 3 Bath towels. (it was a double queen room) I had to ask for a floor mat, hand towels and wash cloths. There were no cups/glasses in the room I was told I need to ask for a Kitchen pack- for dishes pots and pans- glasses seems like a bare minimum. also my son was walking around the room in white socks and they were black from the carpet. Same Quality as Motel6 but Almost Double the Price Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First of all, when I walked in, there were 2 receptionists and neither of them greeted me. One was on the phone and the other had headphones in so I stood there awkwardly for a minute or two until finally the one got off the phone. Smelled stale in the lobby.
