It is close to the Spectrum and freeways. It was very run down. I found a dead cockroach. It was extremely dirty. I was grossed out.

Common outdoor walkways and corridors were dirty and unsightly. Room had insufficient towels and no drinking cups. Discovered that the deadbolt did not align with the strikeplate and so could not be locked; further inspection showed that the strikeplate itself was held on by only one loose screw, and the outside of door looked like it had been jimmied with a screwdriver. Canceled my reservation and checked out. It looked a lot nicer on the internet.

Dirty carpet. Dirty tub. Old appliances. A/C goes off for no reason no matter how low temp set. Not even a plastic cup in the room to drink water from. Overall property is in overused condition. This hotel needs a renovation remodel if going to compete with other surrounding Irvine Spectrum Hotels.

This place sucks. When we checked in there was a total meth-head outside the office. Behind us in line a guy was with a prostitute and tried to rent a room with cash. There’s only one person working the entire property after like 6 pm. We got to our room- no towels or anything. Had to walk back to front office to get. Took her 10 min to find some ??? Second key didn’t work... another trip to the office. Cops in parking lot twice busting people or something

Disappointing visit I have stayed at several extended stays over the years because I can always bring my pets with me. This visit was disappointing to say the least the refrigerator didn’t work, we had no towels or soaps. It was easily the worst extended stay visit I have ever had.
