The property is dirty and there was a terrible odor in the hallway and my room. I stayed for less than 5 minutes before I left the hotel for good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Staff was unprofessional and actually rude at times. It was the worst smelling hotel I have ever been to. I was really dissappointed for many reasons.

I’ve never stay or seen a Hotel and one of the most beautiful areas in the country being so filthy, service was horrible amenities were almost nonexistent no room service no telephone definitely I will never stay in this hotel chain again. For $60 more I could’ve stayed at the Fairmont hotel five star across the street. My fault.

Run down- not clean Dirty lobby and entrance/ room had nothing in it not even soap? Towels, pillows and bed really cheap and uncomfortable

This felt like a halfway house for criminals and drug addicts. Horrible odor on the floor I was on, not that clean of rooms, could hear screaming and arguing throughout the night. cut my stay short and left after one night - NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

I pulled up to property and a man in a full hazmat suit and paint mask on was in the parking lot spray painting a car with a commercial spray gun next to other guests cars. People were outside of guest check in lobby doors smoking marijuana. I enter to check in and entire lobby smells like marijuana. The employee takes awhile to come to the front as nobody is at the counter as I arrived and had to holler for her a few times before she finally arrived. Room was clean.It went down from there.There were no pots pans,silver ware nothing.no coffee maker.if you want these thing you have to make a trip to the desk.No ice machine.If you want ice make your own in ref.takes hrs.no maid service,if you want clean towels you have to take old wet ones to the desk.people put there trash out side of door when baskets are full.looks like a third world

What a disappointing hotel for a 'newport beach' address. Noisy, vagrants living there, no ice maker, no amenities at all.
