it was so dirty and smelly

El area en los Parkin esta muy sucia ,el cuarto no tiene cafeteras, , las toallas están rancias huelen mal.

This place is a dump This place was a dump. One person working at night, had to wait a long time for him to finish some job and for the people ahead of me to check in. The place reeks of curry. But then we get to the 4th floor and talk about dump city! The “trash room” was piled of trash and the door was wide open so the entire floor smelled of death. Our room was dirty and poorly kept. The bathroom sink was clogged but figured we’d just use the kitchenette sink instead of bothering that poor check in guy with a million job ... read more

I was told by the desk I would not be charged for the room. But I was anyways. I will be making a dispute on my card and a complaint.

No communicatio?? Upon checking in the Hotel stated they did. It have my reservations. Even after showing them the receipt. Then checking out they tried to charge my mother when she turned in the key card. My mother and uncle speak little English. I hope this isn’t the reaso for the issues. And both times I had to call/ talk to the clerk. I also had to resend my reservations to the clerk at the desk. Really??
