I am shocked that orbitz offered this hotel. I felt scammed by the end of this trip. Starting with the rental car and then the hotel / homeless shelter. Mold. Bullet holes. Roaches. Bugs in bed. The smell of the hotel. Unacceptable. Tried to get a refund but because i had no where else to go with 2 kids, i had to stay there , they would not refund me. Complete unacceptable nightmare for me and my kids.

Worst place for families!! It’s no more a place meant for family.. Haven for weed Smokers !!. Quality of furniture and beds are horrible!! Beds sheets and covers smells old and rotten don’t think they use even an ounce of detergent for cleaning. Recliner faux leather/cover was torn and they didn’t even cared to repair it..

Hotel is run down, someone tried to get in my room twice within one night. There was no hot water and towels.

Worst place for Families!! Great place for smokers This place is no more meant for family!!.. there is no control on weeder’s smoking all around the property.. it’s a disgrace.. Maintenance of rooms have become pathetic.. smells old and rotten, recliner leather is torn.. don’t know what all to list here.. unfortunately had no other suites option with Kitchen available nearby.. will Never stay here ever!!!

I immediately found another hotel to stay at right away after viewing our room and checked out of this place the very next morning since it was past midnight already when we arrived and was very exhausted! Our room was very dirty, old, the toilet Jagdish didn't flush, the sink didn't drain, the fridge was rusted bad and looked like a murder scene, and bedding and curtains were dirty, the windows didn't fully close, and it smelled very dusty! My stay was canceled without any notification from Expedia or hotel. Manager was rude and said it was Expedia's fault/they didn't have any of our contact info from the reservation anyway
