I booked this hotel with my 2 kids. Tina was friendly however, when we opened the door of the first room we checked into, (we checked into multiple) it was flooded with bugs like cockroaches,ect. We walked right out and told Tina what had happened and she had given us a different room. When we walked up to that room, the door was cracked open with a large party of people inside, when that room was supposedly "vacant". FILTHY! The bathroom counter was not clean, there was a visible flaky substance on it. The beds both had grains of dirt or crumbs of food in between the sheets. Do they not launder or change the sheets between guests? Absolutely will never stay there again! Also, a man was set up in the parking lot near the lobby entrance in a camping tent. And as a pet-friendly facility, they need to monitor the dog crap in the grass and on the walkway a little better.

The extended Stay was dirty and it had strange characters hanging out in the lobby. The place smelled like a marijuana den. The trash was overflowing in the lobby. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were bad.

No return Had to go to front desk for cups to drink from. Corridors dingy and smelly. No water for a couple of hours due to burst pipe. TV service spotty with frequent pixilation. “Breakfast” minimalist. No hot food.

Gross. Disgusting. Smells bad. And is not maintained. If you can stay elsewhere, do so. I chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and had a kitchenette where I could cook my own meals, but this place was awful. The common areas were not maintained at all. I spent a week there and I don’t think the hallways were vacuumed even once. There wasn’t any in room housekeeping. There was a weird smell throughout the hotel. We didn't like the noise from the neighbors above and complained twice until they checked it out and finally got to sleep at midnight. We didn't like the free breakfast. Will we stay again, not a chance!

The entire hotel feels dirty! The first room I got it was So dirty (hair every where, small trash items, dust), that the front desk person was even grossed when I showed her the pictures. Pros: location and price Cons: dirty, outdated, and some of the people who stay there are weird. As the saying goes: you get what you pay for. However, cleanliness should not be dependent on the price. Is about care and attention to detail.

Place is at best a 1-star hotel. Service is good but you can get a great room at Hyatt Regency down the street for just a few bucks more.
